  • Network Operations Center:
    Email support requests to support@nenet.us or call 1-866-306-3926. Daytime hours of operations are from 8 a.m. to 4 p.m. Access someone on call with this number 24 hours a day, seven days a week.

    Technical Support:
    We have on board experienced technical staff available to answer and troubleshoot call problems.

    Network Monitoring:
    Critical systems will be monitored 24 x 7 by our Network Management System. We have a Kayako Live Response Support System in place, where members can manage and track internal incidents / troubles.



  • Minnesota Telecommunications:
    The Northeast Fiber Network operates under Minnesota Telecommunications. Northeast Service Cooperative has successfully operated a regional wide area network since 2000. We are experienced in designing, building, and operating telecommunications networks.
